Serving all of Paris, and Northeast Texas
I was born and raised in Paris, Texas and attended Texas A & M University in College Station, where I received a BBA in Management in 1999. Continuing my studies, I entered law school at Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, and graduated with my J.D. in 2002.
Fresh out of law school, I joined the Moore Law Firm of Paris, TX in 2003 where I honed my skills for 5 years, working myself up to partner. Wanting to broaden my horizons, I left my hometown and joined the prestigous ranks of the regional law firm Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff and Miller, LLP in Ft. Worth TX. Only a few years later, in 2010, I returned to Paris to open my own private practice to provide our community with the level of legal counsel that big city attorneys can't offer.
I've held such titles as past president of the Lamar County Bar Association as well as being an active member of the East Texas Bar Association. I also am a member of the Academy of Elder Law Attorneys both statewide and nationally. In addition to being Texas barred, I am on the board of the Texas Real Estate, Probate and Trust section.
We founded the Fitzgerald Law upon the principles of knowledge and respect - knowledge of the law and respect for the client. A successful attorney-client relationship requires both.
Contact us office today so that we can put those principles to work in helping you with your personal, family and business matters."
